Six week course, starts Tuesday 7th January at 8.30am for 75 minutes. If you miss one, you’ll receive a recording.
Very small and friendly group- 5 people maximum.😊
You’ll learn yoga pose basics, breathing techniques to calm and also energise, and some yoga history. Leave refreshed! ☺️
