Our vagus nerve regulates many functions in the human body, such as digestion, heart beat, breathing and elimination. Today's hectic world puts the system under constant stress, which can lead to anxiety, digestion issues, higher blood pressure and heart rate- the list goes on.


Watch the video and try one or two of the practices I taught as part of a longer yoga class.
