Service Description

Would you like to live a calmer, happier and more resilient life? If you'd like to feel less overwhelmed, manage stress more effectively, and enjoy greater balance and wellbeing, my Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) course could be for you. In our busy lives it's easy to run on autopilot, caught up in worries about the future or replaying the past. Mindfulness helps us return to the present moment with curiosity and kindness. Regular practice can reduce stress, improve focus, support emotional wellbeing, and help us respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically. The CMR programme also develops self-compassion and kindness, helping us build stronger relationships, feel more connected, and develop the resilience to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I have been teaching yoga since 2018, with mindfulness at the heart of my classes through movement, breathwork, and relaxation. I am now training with MindfulnessUK to become a qualified CMR teacher and, as part of my training, I'm delighted to offer this evidence-informed course at an introductory price of £80. Each session lasts 2 hours. What you'll learn Week 1: What is Mindfulness? Understanding Compassion. Week 2: What is Emotional Intelligence? How to cultivate it. Week 3: Developing and Enhancing Resilience. Week 4: Feeling Resourced – Practical tools to thrive. Starts: Thursday 24 September 2026, 7–9pm, then Thursdays 1, 8, 15 October 2026. Location: Near Ham Parade, Kingston, KT2 5PU Introductory price: £80 Come and learn simple, practical tools to support greater calm, self-compassion, and resilience in everyday life.
