Join our yoga and wellbeing session to unwind, learn self care techniques and work with menopause coach Nicky Gaylor to develop your own plan for achieving calm and balance. Leave with your plan to meet YOUR goals. Yoga Join me for a slow flow yoga practice to re- connect with your body and claim your personal power. Greater body awareness can help you notice instinctive messages and know your natural limits. We’ll also take some power poses to reclaim personal space and confidence, and explore breathwork to energise! After Nicky’s coaching, we’ll take a relaxing yoga nidra meditation, so you leave refreshed. Menopause Coaching Led by Certified Menopause Coach, Nicky Gaylor, this 1 hour session will help you set goals to achieve calm and balance and work out what you need to achieve that. We’ll work out the steps you need to take & how to ask for help. Setting clear boundaries will ensure you focus your energy on what is important to you. Through habit we can often end up running around doing lots for others but neglecting ourselves. This can leave us feeling depleted of energy and overwhelmed. Learn to matter in your own midlife and thrive! Includes advice on nutrition, movement and sleep. Optional herbal tea at the end.
