Service Description
Wind down at the (almost!) end of the week. Create some space in your week for looking after yourself amongst the whirlwind of life!! We start with breath awareness and by setting an intention or theme for our class. Class will include a gentle yoga flow and a longer relaxation. We then do some yin or passive poses held for longer. As I complete my course with Menopause Movement, I will be sharing breathing, relaxation and general movement, exercise and wellbeing tips for women. If you are keen, there's an option to stay onsome weeks and share a herbal tea and a chat, to build community and share experiences. As the community develops, we may invite guest speakers or teachers to lead other wellbeing experiences..... watch this space ! Please arrive 5 mins before class and bring a mat. Though I do have some spares, should you forget!
