An afternoon of Yoga and Interactive Coaching to help you re- connect with your body, unwind and redefine your midlife menopause journey- for you! Join us for an interactive coaching & slow flow yoga afternoon at this beautiful venue and learn to matter in your own midlife. Take time to unwind and focus on your needs for a happy, healthy life. Leave with an actionable blueprint to meet your goals. Yoga Join me for a slow flow yoga practice to re- connect with your body and claim your personal power. Greater body awareness can help you notice instinctive messages and know your natural limits. We’ll also take some power poses to reclaim personal space and confidence, and explore breathwork to energise! After Nicky’s coaching, we’ll take a relaxing yoga nidra meditation, so you leave refreshed. Menopause Coaching Led by Certified Menopause Coach, Nicky Gaylor, this 1 hour session will help you set goals to achieve calm and balance and work out what you need to achieve that. We’ll work out the steps you need to take & how to ask for help. Setting clear boundaries will ensure you focus your energy on what is important to you. Through habit we can often end up running around doing lots for others but neglecting ourselves. This can leave us feeling depleted of energy and overwhelmed.
