Service Description

Take a little more time and relax on Saturdays! We'll do a yoga asana practice for about an hour to stretch and strengthen the body. After that we’ll take a a relaxing yoga nidra (guided relaxation); prepare to leave refreshed and rejuvenated! Yoga nidra is practiced lying down, and helps to slow down the brain from beta (waking state) to alpha (more restful) and even theta state (for deep relaxation and healing). In fact, it is claimed that 30 minutes of yoga nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours sleep. Please bring: - a mat - a blanket, a warm jumper and socks! - a scarf or eye mask
