DEEPER,DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING

Sometimes you need to go back to basics! Here’s a short 3-4 min reminder of diaphragmatic breathing for your well-being and calm. We often use this in my yoga classes, but you can use this video any time you’d like a quick relax.


Deeper, abdominal breathing is not just about boosting oxygen intake; it's a powerful tool for stress reduction and holistic health.


Beyond stress relief, diaphragmatic breathing helps to slow the heart rate, reduce blood pressure, improve digestion, and it also promotes a robust immune system.
